​Your Player Fee 5,900 Includes:

• Friday Night Welcome Party: Includes food and drinks for you and your plus one at Hard Rock Hotel Pattaya.

• Saturday Golf Event: Covers green fee, golf cart, and caddy fee at Phoenix Gold Golf & Country Club (caddy tip not included).

• On-Course Refreshments: Enjoy drinks at the registration and throughout the golf course.

• Saturday Night Award Party: A buffet dinner with drinks, games, activities, and awards to celebrate the day’s fun.
   

Payment & Confirmation:​

• Extra Guests: Want to bring a guest to the Saturday night party? They’re welcome at THB 1,500 per person.

• First-Come, First-Served: Limited slots available, so register early to secure your spot.

• Flexible Payment Options: You can pay as a team or individually. One team payment is preferred, but not required.

• Confirmation of Player Slot: Your spot is confirmed only once we receive your payment, or when you receive a confirmation email from us.

Cancellations & Transfers:

• Non-Refundable, but Transferable: If you can’t make it, feel free to transfer your spot to another person. Please inform us of any changes.

• Event Goes on Rain or Shine: Golf will go ahead unless the course is closed. In that case, the party will still happen, and we’ll offer compensation as needed.

• In Case of Full Cancellation: Should we be forced to cancel, we’ll issue a refund minus a 15% administrative fee.
